Ooooh My coffee!

Best. Things. Ever.

Puppies

Awe my puppies :) Or as Boyfriend likes to say, my poopies. Don't ask, I dunno the answer. Anyways, we just adopted a boxer not too long ago and besides him being incredibly gassy, he fits right in.

Sitting in his throne of honor.. Nobody else dares pass in here afraid that he himself will make a pass too..

And then here's my dog- Wally. Only took him a car ride and I was wrapped around his little miniature paw..

Morning routine.. besides the coffee

Ever heard the saying that if you didn't drink coffee before, wait till you're a college student? Totally true. I've drank coffee occasionally, but no a days, I can't make it if I don't have a cup first thing in the morning. The fantastic thing is that at work they have all these different flavored coffees. Like right now I'm finishing up like a Hawaiian Macadamia nut with coconut or something and starting a Red Velvet Cupcake flavored one. It's amazinggg.Any who, after my coffee I have to hurry up to either get last minute homework done or scavenge for the perfect outfit and then I rush through the whole putting on my face stage. Tops, it takes about 5 minutes.
So basically this is all I use. It's Maybelline mascara, Rimmel bronzer, E.L.F. bronzer, Neutrogena liquid foundation, NYC eyeshadow, and NYC eyeliner stick.
 1. Dab some of this on a wet towelette, and start scrubbing. Smells absolutely amazing too.
 2. It looks disgusting, but moisturizer is a must. my favorite? Cetaphil. This jug has lasted me almost a year so far and doesn't make skin oily.

 3. Pour a bit of foundation on your hand.

 4. Dab at it with a large bluish brush. Don't get too much on the brush, just enough to get a thiiin layer.

 5. Apply to any red areas, pimples, imperfections, lips, wherever.

Next I move onto the eyes and finish with the bronzers.

 6. Apply eye liner and mascara. (Nice pictures, I know.)

I use Rimmel and ELF bronzers. The ELF is for my face, and Rimmel for neck because my neck isn't same tone as the rest of my body. Nowhere near actually. It's a bit odd...

 7. And Wa-Bam! Finished product. Only takes like 5 minutes total and good for just a natural everyday look. Well... disregard the hair, that's a different story in itself..

Actually, first you need to see how proud I am of my new closet. It's halfway organized and I'm very very happy with the result even though it's nothing spectacular.

Update and H-A-U-L!

Hey, I know it's been forever and I don't really have a valid excuse except for well... an excuse. It's been basically 2 months straight now where I haven't had a day off, and I feel like I'm beginning to become a bit stretched out. I attend college ( I know! I'm in college now!) on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it's like an all day thing. I really enjoy it though. I'm trying to get my Gen-Eds done for Nursing, so wish me luck, I'll need it. And on every other single day, I'm working. I absolutely have no idea where all my money is going! I don't feel like I'm shopping a lot, and I try to save... maybe it's the gas... Nah. It's probably the shopping. I've acquired a few (a lot) of new things since I've last posted and they're some classic items, and some that are just kind of funky- but not in a bad way. I can totally tell I'm leaning towards metallics, sheer, and exposed zippers this season though.
Ugh.. Outfit just waiting to be taken out to the beach someday..

Just some basic new purses. Perfect for school and summer and great transitional pieces.

And of course I stocked on shoes too. Handbags and shoes.. they'll be the downfall of me one day.. But anyways, I mean who can resist those end of season sales? As a girl who usually wears flip flops and jeans, I'm pretty dang proud of myself. Hopefully soon I'll have some sample outfits posted as well as soon as I find a camera that actually works and lasts more than a couple minutes without the battery dying.. Next post? Some new dresses and sweaters :)
